1. The service

HubSocial lets teams plan, create, approve, publish and follow up social media content for the brands they manage.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite and for the content you publish. You keep all rights to your content and grant us only the permissions needed to store, process and publish it as you instruct.

You may only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage, and you must follow the rules of each platform, including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use HubSocial for spam, unsolicited or automated messaging, illegal content, impersonation or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. AI-generated content

AI drafts can contain errors. Review every piece before publishing; you decide what is published.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown in the product. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep HubSocial available, but it depends on third-party platforms that can change or fail. To the extent permitted by law, HubSocial is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We may update these terms and will publish the new date on this page.
