Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-26

This policy explains what information Stratoqubit Group ("we") collects when you use HubSocial (https://www.hubsocial.pro), how we use it and the choices you have. Contact: hola@hubsocial.pro.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and the workspace, clients, brands and team members you create.

Content you create or upload: texts, images, videos, campaign briefs, brand documents, approvals and schedules.

Connected social accounts: when you connect an account (for example an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page) we receive its identifier, username or name, and an access token. Tokens are encrypted and stored in AWS Secrets Manager; they are never shown in the product.

Data from connected accounts: the identifiers and links of posts you publish through HubSocial, and the comments and direct messages that people send to your connected account, so you can read and answer them in the HubSocial Inbox.

Technical and security records: sign-in events, an audit log of actions in your workspace, and basic diagnostic logs.

2. How we use information

Only to provide the features you use: publishing or scheduling the content you choose on the accounts you choose, showing the status of each publication, and showing comments and messages so you can reply to them.

We never publish, comment or send a message on your behalf without an explicit action by a person in your workspace. HubSocial does not send automated direct messages.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use data received from Instagram, Facebook or other platforms to train artificial intelligence models.

When you ask HubSocial to generate content with AI, the instructions you write and your brand's knowledge are sent to the AI model provider configured for your workspace to produce that draft. Comments and direct messages from connected accounts are not sent to AI providers.

3. Who we share information with

Service providers that run HubSocial for us under confidentiality obligations: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, file storage, encryption and email) and the AI model provider configured for your workspace.

The social platforms you connect (such as Meta), only to perform the actions you request, for example publishing a post or sending a reply.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access tokens are encrypted with dedicated keys, and access inside a workspace is limited by roles and brand permissions.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your workspace is active. When you remove a connected account, its access token is revoked in HubSocial and deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see the Data Deletion page.

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, object to its use or withdraw consent by writing to hola@hubsocial.pro. You can also revoke HubSocial's access from your Instagram or Facebook settings at any time (Settings → Apps and websites).

7. Children

HubSocial is a business tool and is not intended for people under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page and, for significant changes, notify workspace owners by email.
